Located in the neighbouring village of Pettneu with the ski bus just 100m from the house, it is only 6 minutes from the lifts. With the frequent schedule you’ll be delivered directly to Nassereinbahn where you can easily access all 305km of the Arlberg’s famous ski pistes.
Chalet Bella is the perfect blend of modern alpine design and traditional Tirolean charm. With 300sqm spread across 3 levels, this is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. There’s everything you could think of; spacious en-suite bedrooms, large dining and lounge areas with open fireplace, luxury wellness facility with a sauna, and spacious terraces with sweeping mountain views. A beautiful alpine home located in the heart of the Arlberg; the ideal place to gather everyone together and share stories from a day on the slopes.
Chalet Bella can be rented as a full 5 bedroom chalet to accommodate 10-12 people. It can also be split to accommodate smaller groups; the Upper Chalet (6 people) and the Lower Chalet Apartment (4-6 people) with shared access to the wellness area. See floorplan details below **
Our favourite part of the house is the completely open top floor living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows showcasing beautiful mountain views of the Stanzertal. Centered around an open stone fireplace there is ample lounge and dining space for 12 guests. The open-plan kitchen includes bar seating and is fully equipped to accommodate all of your cooking needs. From this floor there are 2 outdoor spaces including a south facing large terrace that enjoys views of the Riffler Mountain.

There are 2 Smart TVs for you to access your favoyrite shows and movies. We also provide some of our board games (Jenga, Monopoly, Cards etc.) and hope you will be able to use the space and time to unplug and enjoy each others company.

Drei großzügige Schlafzimmer, die mit bequemen Doppelbetten ausgestattet sind und jeweils über einen eigenen kleinen Balkon verfügen, befinden sich auf der ersten Etage.
Von hier aus gelangt man über eine Treppe in die lichtdurchflutete Lounge auf der obersten Etage, wo bodentiefe Fensterfronten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Tiroler Alpen freigeben. Ein offener Kamin verbindet den Ess- und Wohnbereich und verleiht dem Raum besonders viel Gemütlichkeit und Wärme. Die voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großer Esstisch laden zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Genießen ein, während man im Wohnbereich, der multimedial mit Sonos Soundsystem und Smart TV ausgestattet ist, die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Auf der nach Süden ausgerichteten Sonnenterrasse lässt sich der herrliche Bergblick in vollen Zügen genießen.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Chalet-Apartment mit zwei komfortablen Schlafzimmern, privater Terrasse und einem eigenen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie Zugang zum gemeinsamen Wellnessbereich. Das Apartment kann separat für vier bis sechs Personen gebucht werden.
Das Chalet Bella verfügt über ein Carport und insgesamt 5 separate Parkplätze. Neben dem Eingang zum Chalet befindet sich außerdem ein Skiraum mit Schuhtrocknern.

Chalet Bella can be split to accommodate smaller groups; the Upper Chalet (6 people) encompasses the top 2 floors and can be rented as a 3 bedroom chalet with private access to the large upper level living area and roof terrace.
Our Chalet Apartment (4-6 people) occupies the 1st Level with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, as well as living space with private access to an expansive terrace. The wellness area with sauna can be used by the whole chalet with shared access.

Das Chalet Bella kann als Ganzes für bis zu 12 Personen gebucht werden. Für kleinere Gruppen können das Obere Chalet und das Chalet-Apartment auch separat gebucht werden.
Das Obere Chalet erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern sowie der großzügigen Lounge im obersten Stockwerk Platz für sechs Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Chalet-Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und eigenem Wohn- und Essbereich für vier bis sechs Personen. Der hochwertige Wellnessbereich des Chalets liegt im Erdgeschoss.
